How true is that folks? It's not what you have, it truly is what you use..isn't it?

For example; how about that guy that stands 6'7" and tell you that he doesn't like basketball while you struggle to make a lay up because you're only 5'7"...how badly does that suck??

How many times have we run into people that we knew had what it took to make more of themselves, but chose not to utilize their God given talents. Is it just me, or does EVERYONE find that EXTREMELY frustrating!?

Being a teacher, my wife can attest to running into some of her students over the years that have fallen short because they just didn't know any better. She always tells me how she will frequently encounter students that could do way more than they're showing in class...I had to wonder why that was?

The answer is that they have this INSANE fear of failure, which we all learn at a very young age unfortunately.

Why would one be afraid to fail? Why would one put so much time and energy into avoiding pain when they could put that same time and effort into gaining pleasure?

It's like the old saying goes "You show me a man that has NEVER failed, and I'll show you a man that's NEVER tried."
